Faculties:

There are 53 lecturers in the school, including 5 professors and 12 associate professors. Ten of them have obtained their doctorate degrees and 33 their master’s degree.Since 2013, six academic articles won the prize of good scientific papers at provincial level, the lecturers of the school undertake ten research project given by the relevant authorities at theprovinciallevel,eightprefecturallevel oreducationaldepartment level.

Experimental Labs and Bases:

There are 15 experimental labs, the lab for foodmicroorganism, the lab for beer producing, the flour-making food of the western andChinesestyles. thetotalvalue of all experimental facilities amounts to 5million yuan. There are 30 stable off-campus experimental bases,such as theNanjingXizhilang foodcompany, Shuanghuiindustrial cooperation inLuohe, NingboWestin hotel, etc.

Undergraduates:

The school encourage and support the students toparticipateall innovative activities.They have joined the project for the university- students innovative training established by Henan Educational Department in 2018, won the first-class prize in the VR competition for food engineering principals of all china students the north-china competition zone.In recent 3 years, there are more than 90 students enter famous universities asOcean University of China, Sichuan Agricultural University, Southwest University for master’s degree.The employment rate has been up to 98%.
